Not this hokey survey every 6 months that you ignore anyways. get rid of the middle management, they are either lying to you or incompetent.New CEO shrunk the ELT team claiming it he wanted a flatter structure to be closer to the people on the ground, 6 months later and it's exploded out and larger than ever.Have made small tweaks to employee "total compensation" package, but again, mostly lip service. Management still have a massive disconnect from the day to day people who keep the company running and middle management is disconnected from both.Cons Lots of new management, but nothing has really changed.Pros Competitive salary and a great commission structure. They have some nice events, where you can take part if they allow you. they can create good performers, but the same time they don't have a problem of letting them go, which shows their employer value.
