Nearly 20 journalism students on Wednesday toured The Seattle Times and met with local professionals during SPJ speed date, co-hosted by the Western Washington Pro and University of Washington student chapters.

Don Shelton, sports editor for The Seattle Times, showed students around the newsroom before a speed-dating-style networking event with mentors who shared career development advice.
