Updating quickbooks company file
The error you will receive is: “Failed: This application is unable to log into this Quick Books company data file automatically.
The Quick Books administrator must grant permission for an automatic login through the Integrated Application preferences.
Any user that logs into that computer to run Open Sync must go through the reauthorization process.
Switch to single user mode and remove the authorization for Open Sync.
Next, reauthorize Open Sync with QB by adding the company file in Open Sync (You will receive a notification from Open Sync that the company already exists).
Therefore, to reauthorize the application you must follow these steps: For each Windows user that will be running Open Sync, you must log into Windows as that user.
Then open the company file in QB and login as the admin user.
